SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Nyang Digital iHub ("Licensor") and Blue Eagle Precision Limited ("Licensee").

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Software" refers to the website project and its source code developed by Nyang Digital iHub.

1.2 "Licensor" refers to Nyang Digital iHub, the developer of the Software.

1.3 "Licensee" refers to Blue Eagle Precision Limited, the recipient of the Software.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Software for the purpose of operating and maintaining the website.

3. OWNERSHIP

3.1 Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to Licensee.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1 The Software is provided "as is" and Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

5. TERMINATION

5.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease using the Software and delete all copies in their possession.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions.

By accepting this Agreement, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood its terms and agree to be bound by them.

This Agreement is effective as of the date of acceptance by Licensee.
